Refund Policy

JANAAE accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any unworn, undamaged frame in original packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@janaae.com with your order number and reason for return. Well send you a prepaid return label.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned frame.

Non-returnable

Custom-prescription lenses, items marked Final Sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a refund plus a new order. We fast-track shipping on the replacement.
