30-day window
Unworn, undamaged frames may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Frame Fit Guarantee
If your frame doesn’t suit your face, we exchange it free within 30 days — prepaid return label, no questions. This applies even if you simply changed your mind about the silhouette.
How to start a return
Email hello@janaae.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a refund plus a new order. We fast-track shipping on the replacement.
What is not returnable
Custom prescription lenses, items marked Final Sale, and gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned frame.
