Daily care

• Always use both hands to put on and remove your frames.
• Rinse lenses with cool water before wiping to prevent scratching.
• Clean with the included microfibre cloth — never with paper towels, tissues, or your shirt.
• Store in the JANAAE case when not in use.

What to avoid

• Leaving frames on a hot car dashboard.
• Resting frames lens-down on any surface.
• Cleaning sprays with ammonia or alcohol.
• Swimming or showering in your frames.
• Direct contact with perfume and chlorine, which can dull the gold finish.

2-year warranty

Every JANAAE frame is covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes frame breakage at the hinge and lens delamination. It does not cover scratches, drops, or general wear.

To make a warranty claim, email hello@janaae.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Lifetime adjustments

Even outside the warranty period, JANAAE will adjust the fit (temple angle, nose pad alignment, hinge tightness) of any frame we sold — for life. Email us to arrange.
